Salhia Tower - Retail, Leisure, and OfficesSalhia signed a land sale agreement for a site in the Bahrain Bay development, where a mixed office project with retail component and approximately 900 underground car park will be built. The planned building is a circular tower concept allowing a 360 degrees view with no obstruction, which includes retail space in the podium and high-end office space. The tower is located at the North Green Street entry to Bahrain Bay, the iconic tower, underlined by the translucent façade design, will create a dramatic backdrop at a strategically important location in the Master Plan. The design of the project is appointed to Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill (architecture, engineering and urban planning consultancy).
