Salhia established Drawbridge Securities to acquire options for land and enhance value through planning negotiations and consent. 

The Southampton office building has been completed and has been let to Grant Thornton and Santander Bank with only part of one floor remaining unlet.  The strategy is to sell the completed investment at an appropriate time.

The Peterborough project continues to grow in scale and potential.
