Arraya New Tower (Under Construction)

Salhia Real Estate Company (Salhia) announced in May 12th, 2008 that it has successfully pre-let over 70% of its latest development, Arraya Tower, to major financial institutions for a total annual rent over KD 4.2 million.

Located in Sharq Area, Arraya Tower is expected to be delivered in the first quarter of 2009, and will stand to be the highest tower in Kuwait upon completion.
