At 60 storeys, Arraya Tower II will become one of Kuwait’s highest office buildings. Salhia was the first company to benefit from Kuwait Municipality’s new regulations allowing construction up to a height of 100 levels and construction is currently in progress on a 1,058 m3 plot of land adjacent to Arraya Commercial Complex. Completion is targeted for late 2008.

Arraya Tower II is owned and will be managed by Salhia. In the design process, close attention was paid to the requirements of modern offices, including the latest information and communications technology. Sixteen elevators will service tenants to ensure easy mobility between floors, and a highly advanced security system will connect all areas to ensure the safety and comfort of visitors.
