The Malls (Basingstoke, UK)

This open-air shopping centre is situated between Festival Place and Basingstoke railway station. It was purchased by KPI in 2005 and comprises 26,950 m2 with various retail and leisure outlets. Most of the units are let and producing income, although further asset management opportunities are being explored in partnership with Basingstoke District Council. Primark recently agreed to take 8,350 m2 in the former Allders unit, and the new store will open in early 2008.

Key Property Investments (KPI) is the UK-based joint venture company owned equally by Salhia and St Modwen Properties PLC.
