This is a 1 hectare plot of land in Hemel Hempstead’s industrial area. KPI purchased the site in 2001 and gained planning permission in 2007 to build a 4,000 m2 courtyard development of offices and warehousing. Construction is now underway, targeted for completion mid-2008.

Campbell Road, Eastleigh
Close to Southampton Airport in Hampshire, this 17.4 hectare employment site purchased in 2002 includes 59,000 m2 of factory, workshop and office space within a number of buildings. A rail link extends into the site and it is considered a valuable future redevelopment opportunity.
