Key Property Investments

Key Property Investments is a UK limited company owned equally by Salhia and St Modwen Properties PLC. Established in 1997, the company has a diversified portfolio of income producing investments, as well as a number of refurbishment and redevelopment opportunities. Assets include shopping malls, offices, and industrial sites throughout the UK. Among these are the redevelopment of Farnborough town centre and multi-purpose developments in Rugby.

 

 

Drawbridge Securities

Drawbridge Securities Ltd was established by Salhia in 2003 to acquire options for UK land and to maximise value through planning negotiations and consents. The company currently has two projects in hand – a four-storey office building in Southampton, and industrial developments in Peterborough.

 

 

Salhia International Investments Ltd. (Wholly owned Salhia Subsidiary)

Salhia International Investments Ltd, a Jersey based company and a wholly owned subsidiary, has been created to benefit from the current UK tax regime, and to acquire the shareholding of Ingleby (1733) Ltd. Ingleby owns properties in central Birmingham which are being held for a major mixed use city centre development.

Marriott International Inc.

Salhia signed an agreement with Marriott International Inc. in 2002 to assume management of Salhia’s landmark 5-star hotel in downtown Kuwait, along with Marriott Courtyard and Arraya Ballroom under the JW Marriott brand. Marriott International is a leading global lodgings company. Its heritage can be traced to a root beer stand opened in Washington DC in 1927 by J. Willard and Alice S. Marriott. Today, Marriott International has nearly 3200 properties with over 17 different brands.
