Strategy

Since Salhia’s inception, the company has sought to identify sound opportunities for property investment that offer opportunities to generate long-term capital growth while returning attractive annual yields. The success of this strategy is reflected in the high occupancy levels that typify the company’s developments and the low rates of tenant turnover. The tripartite requirements of shareholders, developers and tenants are thus sustained to mutual benefit.

Salhia’s investment and development projects were initially confined to Kuwait, but 1993 saw the start of Salhia’s expansion in the UK and Germany. In future, similar international projects will be the company’s priority as it diversifies its geographical spread and evolves into a significant force within its core sectors: retail & leisure, offices, hotels, residential , industrial & logistics.
Underpinning all Salhia’s operations is a deep-rooted belief that the company’s employees are the real creators of wealth and the platform from which Salhia launches to higher competitive positions. Therefore, fundamental management priorities are to secure the highest levels of talent, knowledge and ability – paving the way for professional excellence and creativity in all Salhia’s undertakings.
