Wiesenweg Senior Residence
This property is located near the famous walking avenue in Bad Pyrmont, on a site measuring 3,219 m2. It was built in 1975, acquired by Haddia in 1994, and modernized in 2005. The historic park and famous pavilion of Bad Pyrmont are both situated nearby. The senior residence offers 51 attractive one and two bedroom apartments, each with a kitchen. Wohnen am Schloss Senior Residence
From Wohnen am Schloss there is a direct view of Bad Pyrmont’s famous castle. The residence was built in 1981 on 2,309 m2 of land, and Haddia acquired it in 1994. It is only a few steps from the historic park of the health resort, which is also known as “the Nizza of the north”. The residence offers 49 attractive one and two room apartments, each with its own kitchen. The property also has an elegant restaurant and a beautiful park.

Am Kiebitzberg is located close to the famous Neustadt Hospital. During the design and construction process, Haddia drew on its long experience in senior care to create an outstanding nursing home that incorporated distinctive architecture, spacious halls, broad walks and an impressive lobby. There are single and double rooms for 156 people, all with their own bathroom, balcony, telephone lines and wiring for television. Providing a popular meeting point, La Mer coffee shop is also part of the facility.

 

 

Ostsee (Baltic Sea) Senior Residence

Located in a quiet, central part of Hannover on 974 m2 of land, this nursing home was built in 1982 and purchased by Haddia in 1994. With attractive décor and a lovely garden, it offers a comfortable and caring home to 65 people. Spacious single and double rooms are equipped with their own bathrooms and balconies.

 

 

Lister Meile Nursing Home
This home is situated on a 1,040 m2 plot of land in the popular shopping street also called Lister Meile in Hannover. Built in two stages in 1985 and 1992, Haddia acquired it in 1994. The home offers 122 beds. With a friendly ambience, the comfortable single and double rooms each have their own bathrooms and balconies . Two retail units are rented out on the property, one housing the popular La Vita coffee shop.

 

 

Waldstrasse Nursing Home
In a quiet, central area of Hannover, Waldstrasse was built in 1983 and acquired by Haddia in 1994. The site measures 678 m2, and the buildings were completely renovated and modernized in 2003. There is now a new entrance area, an attractive foyer and a clear floor-plan. Each of the 66 pleasant single and double rooms has its own telephone line and wiring for television, and most have their own balconies.

 

 

Holderbusch Nursing Home
This home has a warm and friendly atmosphere with 17 single and double rooms and a delightful large garden. It was built on 944 m2 of land in 1960. Haddia acquired it in 1996, renovating it during 2006 and 2007. Located in Isernhagen, a prosperous suburb of Hannover, Holderbusch offers outstanding comfort and living standards.

 

 

Lindenhof Nursing Home
Considerably larger than Holderbusch, Lindenhof is also situated in Isernhagen on a site of 7,077 m2. It was built in three stages between 1980 and 1990. Purchased by Haddia in 1996, this property was extensively renovated in 2006. Lindenhof offers attractive décor and a highly experienced nursing team. It offers a high standard of accommodation to 139 people, with an additional five apartments in an older building for assisted living. The grounds feature a large park with a charming pond.

 

 

Oderblick Nursing Home
Oderblick in Klein Denkte is located in peaceful countryside 80 kilometres east of Hannover on 2,971 m2 of land. It was built in two stages in 1982 and 1984 – Haddia acquired it in 1998. It was extensively renovated in 2002 and now offers 53 comfortable single and double rooms.

Buchenhof Nursing Home
Situated on the main shopping street in the suberb of Quickborn Buchenhof Nursing Home occupies a 4,110 m2 site. It was built in 1991, renovated in 1993, and bought by Haddia in 2000. The single and double rooms cater for 89 people. Each room has its own telephone line and wiring for television – most also have their own bathrooms. Guests can relax in the beautiful park-like grounds, or sit peacefully by the pond.
Klingenberg Nursing Home
This home is also located in Quickborn, right next to Buchenhof, in 10,480 m2 of park-like grounds. Klingenberg was built in stages in 1977, 1985, 1999 and 2002. Haddia acquired it in 2001, subsequently implementing an expansion and modernizing programme. It now offers a comfortable home to 126 residents. All single and double rooms have their own bathrooms and balconies, telephone line and television wiring.
Appen Nursing Home
Appen is located in an attractive residential suburb of Hamburg. The site, recently extended, now measures 8,871 m2. Built in 2003, it features striking architecture, décor and quality of accommodation, with grand halls, wide corridors, and an impressive lobby. The 118 light and airy single and double rooms have their own bathrooms and balconies or terraces. In addition, Appen houses La Santé café/bistro, a convenient social meeting point.
Fuenf-Seen-Allee Nursing Home

Haddia built Fuenf-Seen-Allee in 2004 on 7,365 m2 of land featuring excellent architecture, décor and quality of living.
